As the prolific Vermont duo release increasingly polished albums on Ecstatic Peace, here’s a reminder of their rambling best, captured live in Sheffield last year. Erika Elder’s close-up vocals on ‘Tea Devil’ and ‘Freight Train’ curl like tobacco smoke, while Matt Valentine’s lesser voice slopes well into his lazy, hazy guitar.
